This is a classic bread bow knife, but with a modern rounded style. Additional the blade is tilted at a 40 degree, to allows for optimal clearance for your hand in comparison to the standard flat design.
I sourdough bake as a hobby and designed this knife after being unsatisfied with the traditional bread bow knives, but appreciating the look of them. That simple angle made all the difference, it is what I use every day, hope you enjoy.
